项目按葫芦岛锌业股份有限公司含铜原料生产阴极铜项目生产格局规划,以反射炉铅冰铜、冰铜渣、置换铜渣等含铜物料为原料,经磨矿、常压浸出、氧压浸出、高效+旋流选择性电积等工艺技术处理生产标准阴极铜产品5000吨/年。

科菲公司从签项目以来,对项目可行性进行反复论证,通过技术人员的日夜辛劳,完成了工程建设咨询、方案可研、初步设计、施工图设计;于2018年9月底开始紧锣密鼓安装施工,在2019年4月进行了空载联动,2019年4月26日顺利出铜。

项目的成功投产,标志着葫芦岛锌业含铜原料生产阴极铜工程冶炼项目的顺利竣工,该项目充分利用锌业公司内部资源和闲置设备设施,进行有价金属综合回收,显著提高了葫芦岛锌业公司整体经济效益。

该项目生产规模5000吨/年阴极铜,从签订到产出合格产品历时短短的10个月时间左右,体现了科菲公司针对EPC项目业务充分从客户角度出发,严格论证工艺路线,选取经济合理贴近客户实际的方案设计,从专业角度为客户提供安装施工,高效缩短工程施工,追求利益最大化,达到共赢。

浙江科菲科技股份有限公司承揽了江西自立环保科技有限公司加压浸出改造项目,该项目是连续性加压浸出生产线优化改造加压浸出系统改造工程。从项目签订开始,公司倾入了大量的技术力量,从方案论证、工艺设计、设备制造、安装施工、调试运行各个方面入手,力争做到精益求精!

整个项目前期有着全体工作人员的艰辛与日夜坚守!现在生产线经过168小时的试运行,正式进入生产阶段!

本项目对原生产线中的预浸系统、给料系统、加压系统、闪蒸系统及排料系统和与之配套相关的控制安全系统进行优化提升改造,从而达到每天处理100~120t/d综合废料处理的能力。通过加压连续加压浸出将综合废料中的铜进行选择性加压浸出,从而实现铜镍与铁、硅、钙等有效选择性分离,不但实现有价金属铜的直接变现,同时为下一步铁、硅、钙资源化回收创造了良好条件。

该项目的成功投产,体现了科菲公司在连续加压浸出领域的专业能力和技术力量,同时也让公司的综合竞争力提升到了一个新的高度!

1.1工作原理

所有的电解技术均建立在电化学基础理论之上,旋流电解技术也不例外。传统的电解技术是将阴阳极放置在缓慢流动或停滞的槽体内,在电场的作用下,阴离子向阳极定向移动,阳离子向阴极定向移动,通过控制一定的技术条件,欲获得的金属阳离子在阴极得到电子沉积析出,从而得到电解产品。

阴极反应:金属离子在阴极得到电子形成金属

Me+(aq)+e- →Me(S)

阳极反应: 阴极得到的电子需要通过阳极失去电子来平衡。阳极有几个可能的反应,最主要的反应是溶液中的水氧化产生氧气,反应如下:

2H2O → O2(g)+4H++4e-

 

当电解液中的金属浓度降低时,很难保证金属在阴极还原而不发生其它反应。

在金属浓度较低时最容易发生的化学反应是氢气的产生,如下:

2H+(aq)+2e- → H2(g)

旋流电解技术是基于各金属离子理论析出电位(E¢)的差异,即欲被提取的金属只要与溶液体系中其他金属离子有较大的电位差,则电位较正的金属易于在阴极优先析出,其关键是通过溶液告诉旋流来消除浓差极化等对电解的不利因素,避免了在传统电解过程受多种因素(离子浓度、析出电位、浓差极化、超电位、pH值等)影响的限制,可以通过简单的技术条件生产出高质量的金属产品。

以硫酸铜溶液的电解(电积)过程为例,旋流电解装置中发生的反应如下: 直流电使得电子在阳极(正极)和阴极进行转移。阳极上进行的反应消耗电子(氧化反应),阴极上的反应是得到电子的反应(还原反应)。

2价铜离子在阴极表面被还原成金属铜:

2Cu2+(aq) + 4e-2Cu(s)                   (1)

在阴极上得到的电子必须与在阳极上失掉的电子平衡。阳极上发生的反应可能性有多种,最可能发生的水的析氧反应。

2H2O(l)O2(g) + 4H+ + 4e-                (2)

把反应1和反应2进行归纳,总反应可以表述如下:

Cu2+(aq) + H2O(l)½O2 (g) + 2H+ + Cu(s)      (3)

电流效率主要由除了铜在阴极还原的反应之外的其它反应来决定。理想状态下,在阴极发生的反应是铜离子在阴极还原形成铜金属。如果这是唯一的一个阴极反应的话,电流只是用于沉积铜离子,此时电流效率为100%

当电解液中的铜浓度降低时,很难保证铜在阴极还原而不发生其它反应。在铜浓度较低时最容易发生的化学反应是氢气的产生,如下:

1.2旋流电解装置概述

旋流电解装置是集工艺装备、电气设备与控制系统于一体的综合系统。工艺过程是电解溶液通过溶液输送泵从贮槽送到按设计排列与布局的旋流电解槽内,溶液在装置体系内部进行循环,有价金属离子通过选择性电解的作用从电解溶液中分离出来并吸附至阴极板上。桶状产品通过专用产品采集装置进行采集,粉体产品通过专用粉体采集系统自动进行。桶状产品进一步通过后序配套的产品加工装置制成板体产品。与之配套的能够在高电流密度、高效率运作的智能电源分配装置系统和综合控制系统,采用冗余硬件系统和全数字软件式高精度触发调节控制器,双工热备用,抗谐波干扰、抗强磁场干扰,与总控PLC系统通讯共同完成电解电流的智能控制。结合自动控制系统专利技术,实现生产过程中对流量、液位、温度等的自主检测,确保规模化生产中准确性与可靠性操作。

1.3旋流电解技术的优势

China intends to strictly limit the emission of tin, antimony, mercury and other pollutants Mon, 25 Nov 2024 03:00:37 +0800 环保部网站发布《锡、锑、汞工业污染物排放标准》(二次征求意见稿)(下称征求意见稿)全文。此次发布的征求意见稿较上一版本有较大修订,并新增了水污染物特别排放限值和大气污染物特别排放限值。

这是该标准第二次公开征求意见。第一次征求意见稿于2008年3月向社会公布,距今已时隔五年。该标准的编制工作于2003年启动,目的是为防治环境污染、维护生态平衡、保护人体健康,控制有色金属工业污染物排放,促进有色金属工业生产技术装备和污染控制技术的进步。

在编制工作启动的十年间,包括锡、锑、汞在内的有色金属产业发展迅猛。由于缺乏国家层面的污染物排放标准,有色金属产业已成为重要的环境污染源,且污染事故频发。

征求意见稿对锡、锑、汞采选及冶炼工业企业生产过程中水污染物和大气污染物排放限值、监测和监控要求等作出了明确规定。

征求意见稿尤其明确了“容易发生严重水污染问题而需要采取特别保护措施的地区”和“容易发生严重大气环境污染问题的地区”的锡、锑、汞及其化合物在污水和废气中的排放限值。这些排放值标准在一定程度上填补了现有标准的空白,如《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)仅规定了污水中总汞的排放标准,并未涉及锡、锑的排放含量。

中国是全球最大的锡生产国,锑矿、汞矿的总保有量也分居世界第一、第三。中国同时也是这三种有色金属的主要消费国和排放国之一,仅汞排放就占全球排放总量的四分之一。

2013年10月,中国政府代表团将出席由联合国环境规划署举办的《水俣公约》签约会议。《水俣公约》是全球首个具有法律约束力的限汞公约,公约要求缔约国在15年内逐步淘汰所有汞矿并在公约生效三年内减少甚至禁止使用汞。 除行业特征污染物外,征求意见稿还对氨氮、COD(化学需氧量)、六价铬等18项水污染物和二氧化硫、氟化物、颗粒物等11项大气污染物做出了限额规定。

中国正在面临有色金属工业发展所带来的环境和健康挑战。国家已采取相应措施,加速有色金属工业的减排工作。根据《重金属污染综合防治“十二五”规划》规定,到2015年,重点区域铅、汞、铬、镉和类金属砷等重金属污染物的排放,比2007年削减15%。

Confined piston flow electrocatalysis technology Mon, 25 Nov 2024 03:00:37 +0800 现代工业的区域发展模式导致了工业生产中产生的废水需要集中处理,在废水排入环境之前,需要先将不同工厂产生的废水汇集到工业园区的废水厂集中处理。这种类型的废水处理系统最大的特点就是可以处理大流量,成分复杂的废水,其中80%的废水是通过集中式废水处理厂进行处理的。这其中污染物的成分主要是不可降解的物质,因此去除这些不可降解的物质是重要的难题。

传统的工艺包括物理,化学,生物方法,它们可以有效的降解大部分污染物(除难降解物质),排入环境之前利用上述技术提高水质。然而,在经过这种处理工艺后,其废水中仍有大量的残留污染物。因此,有必要尽可能多的去除这些废水中的污染物,有效解决有机化合物或其它还原性污染物造成的COD浓度高、难于生化处理等问题。

针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本公司自主研发了密闭式活塞流电催化装置及处理方法,它有效解决有机化合物或其它还原性污染物造成的COD浓度高、难于生化处理等问题,广泛适用于水处理及其他环保领域。

Cyclone electrolytic flocculation technology Mon, 25 Nov 2024 03:00:37 +0800 我公司使用一定的添加剂、阳极采用铁阳极,采用旋流电解电絮凝技术来处理含有Co、Ni等重金属废水,使有机物发生降解反应,经电解处理后的废水与添加剂,即可得到镍钴的沉淀物和处理合格的废水,废水含镍钴小于2ppm/L。

旋流电解电絮凝技术具体原理:

(1)Fe2+与Fe3+的循环还原氧化作用

电解过程中,铁阳极氧化电解,使得Fe被氧化为Fe3+。从铁的电极电位可以知道,在金属活动顺序表中排在铁后面的金属有可能被铁置换出来而沉积在铁的表面上。

同样,其他氧化性较强的离子或化合物也会被铁或亚铁离子还原成毒性较小的还原态。有文献介绍,铁的还原能力可使某些有机物还原成还原态。硝基苯可被活性金属还原成胺基就是其中一例,还原后的胺基有机物色淡,且易被微生物氧化分解,使废水中的色度得以降低,可生化性提高,为进一步的生化处理创造了条件。

(2)物理吸附

由于Fe3+极易水解生成氢氧化铁胶体沉淀,在弱酸性溶液中,氢氧化铁胶体丰富的比表面积显出较高的表面活性,能吸附多种金属离子及有机分子,能促进金属和有机分子的去除。在酸性条件下,Fe2+与Fe3+是很好的絮凝剂,把溶液pH调至碱性会形成Fe(OH)2和Fe(OH)3絮凝沉淀。由于电解过程有电荷配合作用,使得生成的Fe(OH)3胶体絮凝剂的吸附能力高于一般药剂水解得到的Fe(OH)3吸附能力。这样,废水中原有的悬浮物,通过电解反应产生的不溶物以及有机物降解大分子均可被其吸附凝聚。

(3)高电流密度电场对有机物大分子的降解作用

有学者研究发现,在高电流密度电场的作用下,有机物大分子会发生降解反应,因此会出现钴离子从Co、Ni螯合物结构中解脱出来,并且在二价铁的配合作用下,这种反应的速度会加快。
